of consideration, type of interest or condition of transfer, the specific
schedule(s) must be completed. If the grantor is not a resident of New
York State, the IT-2663-2005 form must be prepared and submitted with
the TP-584. The affidavit in lieu or the multiple dwelling forms are not
part of the ACRIS system but must also be provided for deed transfers
only. IF THERE IS AN OUTSTANDING CREDIT LINE MORTGAGE, SCHEDULE C OF THE
TP-584 (RETT) MUST BE COMPLETED.
Also, if the real estate tax bill is to be sent to someone other that
the owner, information including the name, address, zip code and phone
number are required (i.e.: lender's name, address, zip code). |
