Our Mission
The City of New York, Department of Finance instituted the ACRIS system to utilize on-line processing of documents for future internet access of recorded information and associated indexed data. Ancillary documents are no longer being accepted in "paper", hand-written or typed form. They now must be created on-line and in advance of submission of recording.
We will prepare the tax forms required by the City of New York for you efficiently and accurately, and will correct any changes that occur before or at closing.
We will interface with with the City of New York's ACRIS document on line search and registration system in order to submit the property transfer tax information that NYC requires of you or your client. We handle registration on the ACRIS site for numerous clients and believe that we are best positioned to handle ACRIS online submissions for your firm.
